Knights Boxing Club
The Knights Boxing Club meets after school for training promptly at 3:00 pm Monday-Thursday in the HS cafeteria. The training group is limited to 10 boxers per day. To secure a spot in the group on a certain day, complete the following form well in advance. When all the slots are full, the class will be closed. If you sign up for training but then don't show up - or show up late - you will lose your self sign-up privileges.
If you are not yet a member of the club, email Paul Brown - pbrown@lansingburgh.org.

Help build our brand new community boxing club for students at LCSD!
To start, a boxer just needs sneakers and comfortable clothing to work out in - plus water to drink, starting 30 minutes before training. The club has handwraps and gloves for all boxers to borrow, but wraps, gloves, shoes, etc. provided by the family are fine as well.
In order to maintain club membership, a boxer must follow all of the guidelines and do everything in the right way. Slots in the club are limited and maintaining membership in good standing will require strict adherence to club rules.
No experience is necessary but boxing is a very difficult sport - be prepared to work!
